Portfolio — 2026

Web products, built end to end.

I'm Fairooz Raheem, a full-stack developer in Kerala. I take a product from the first sketch to a live site — interface, data model, payments and deployment. Three businesses run on work I've shipped, and I build my own tools on the side.

Three businesses.
Three live products.

Not demos or case studies. Each of these is running today, handling real customers, real payments or real operations.

Competition platform

Halawa Qiraath

Kerala's Quran Qiraath competition, digitised end to end.

A Malayalam-first platform for Halawa 1.0 — eligibility rules, a ₹299 UPI registration, video submission and live application status, built for a statewide competition.

  • Multi-step registration with district, class and madrasa details
  • UPI / GPay payments, with a WhatsApp fallback for coordinators
  • 50 MB video uploads or pre-booked slots for later submission

PosterCampaign

A campaign poster builder. Upload a template, mark the photo and name areas, then share one public link where supporters create and download their own poster in the browser — no design software, no back-and-forth. Currently in invite-only beta.

  • Public links

Halal Trading Bot

A Python-based algorithmic trading and analytics platform for Indian equities. It connects to Angel One SmartAPI and runs configurable strategies in paper or real mode, with backtesting and layered risk controls. A FastAPI backend exposes trades, positions, metrics and bot controls; the Flutter app turns that into dashboards, alerts and a live log console.

  • Configurable strategies — moving-average crossover, RSI, MACD, VWAP, SuperTrend, opening range breakout
  • Risk controls — position sizing, stop losses, daily loss limits, square-off
  • Backtesting, paper trading and a FastAPI + Flutter control layer

Private build — walkthrough on request

From a rough idea
to a working business.

One person across the whole build means fewer handoffs, faster decisions and nothing lost between the design and the deploy.

  1. Read the business

Before code, I map how the work actually happens — who registers, who pays, who follows up. The interface follows the process, not the other way round.

  2. Shape the flow

Wireframes and real copy together, so every screen answers one question. Fewer steps on the page means fewer support messages afterwards.

  3. Build the whole stack

The interface, the data model, payments, uploads, the admin side — and the phone app if the product needs one. Nothing gets thrown over a wall, because there is no wall to throw it over.

  4. Ship and stay

Deploy, watch real usage, fix what the first week reveals. Every product above is still maintained after launch.

What I take on

  • Product buildsMarketing sites, customer portals, admin tools.
  • CommerceCatalogue, cart, UPI payments, order follow-up.
  • Booking & serviceSlots, job tracking, customer accounts.
  • Platforms & dataRegistration flows, uploads, APIs and analytics.

Developer by craft,
product thinker by habit.

I care about the parts people actually feel: fast pages, clear flows and interfaces that don't need a manual.

I'm Fairooz Raheem, a full-stack developer based in Kerala, India. I've been building production software since 2018 — at Nivid Solutions, and now as a senior software engineer at BHN Rewards. I work across the stack: interface, data, payments and deployment — and when a project needs it, the API and Flutter app around it.

The client products above are live and built around the messy details that make a product real: district-level eligibility, UPI payments, 50 MB video uploads, service job tracking and customer accounts. The side builds scratch a different itch — a poster engine that runs entirely in the browser, and a trading bot I can watch from my phone.

My approach is simple: understand how the business actually works, keep the experience focused, and finish the last 10% that makes software feel trustworthy.
